Monthly Yoga Class Subscription Agreement

Terms and Conditions

Your purchase of a monthly subscription agreement at the Yoga Institute of Broward confirms your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

Monthly subscriptions are specifically designed to allow students to attend a certain number of classes per week. A monthly autopay fee permits you to attend the specified number of classes per week, depending upon which level of subscription you purchase.

Things to know about your subscription:

  • This subscription is for group classes only, whether in studio or online.
  • This is a month-to-month agreement with no minimum commitment. You can change or cancel this agreement at any time, subject to the terms stated below.
  • It is non-transferable. It cannot be shared with other people.
  • This is an auto pay subscription. Charges are automatically drawn on or about the same day each month, via credit or debit card. Payments are processed by PayPal, but it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to purchase an autopay subscription.
  • We do not offer refunds on monthly charges once they have been made.

CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

  • If you would like to change or cancel your subscription, please email [email protected] at least 7 days before the next scheduled auto pay. We will respond in writing once it has been processed. Cancellation prevents further auto pays.
  • No rollovers or extensions are given on monthly subscriptions.
  • If you would like to change to a different membership option, you may do so at any time with no change fee.
  • Please notify us of any changes in credit card or PayPal account.

Yoga Institute of Broward reserves the right to change its monthly fees. In the event of a fee change, we will notify you of such changes via email with a minimum of two weeks notice.

PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Your subscription can be paused up to two times per calendar year and must be paused in increments of full months. To request your pause, please email [email protected] with the start and end date at least 7 days before it is to start.
