This sequence is for those who have a solid foundation in a yoga practice. Some of the inversions and variations should not be attempted without guidance from a certified Iyengar teacher.
Contraindications: One should avoid Sirsasana, Sarvangasana, and other inversions during menstruation. The inversions are also contraindicated for glaucoma.
