To make your payment:

1. Click "Make Payment Now" (below), and you'll be taken to the PayPal website to make your payment.
2. On the PayPal screen please enter the amount of the payment in the "Price per item" field.
3. Complete your secure payment, using your PayPal account or a credit card.
4. When your payment is complete, you'll be returned to our website.
