Restorative/Pranayama Class - Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice. Poses are supported by props, such as bolsters and blankets, so that the body can completely let go into the pose. The poses are held for periods of time encouraging holding patterns of stress and tension to gradually dissolve. ******* This class is offered the last Thursday of every month.

Learn ways to strengthen and stretch properly to lessen and prevent common back pain. This workshop is for all levels. No yoga experience is necessary. 

Dena Glazer is a certified Iyengar teacher and teaches the Gentle yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15. Dena's experience of living with back pain has diminished dramatically since studying and teaching Iyengar yoga for 31 years.
