"Structuring a Home Practice"
Monday, October 12 - 6:00 - 8:00
Time and uncertainty about what to practice keep many students from starting a home practice. In this class we will discuss the why's, when's and how's of establishing and maintaining a home practice.
Please bring a notebook, pen or pencil and be prepared to do some asana.
Pre-registration is appreciated. Early registration Fee:$25 by October 5, $30 thereafter
Please note: The regularly scheduled Monday night class will not meet on October 12. All students are welcome to attend Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday classes that week.

This course is for anyone that wishes to deepen their understanding of the art and practice of yoga. Whether you are now teaching, aspiring to teach or a serious student ready to embrace an opportunity for growth, this course is for you.
Classes will meet approximately once a month on Sundays 8am - 4pm between September and March.
